
Paying Rent
Rent is to be paid as per the lease agreement, and must always be 2 weeks in advance.

Payment is due on the highlighted dates. You must complete your 2-week rent payment by these dates to avoid being in arrears and receiving breach notices.

Please note, that Bank Transfers and Novatti Payments generally take 2-3 business days to be processed. To avoid receiving a notice to breach, please make sure to send a payment receipt or a screenshot of the confirmation page to receipts.parkcentral@unilodge.com.au.

Payments can be made in the following way:
1. Direct Debit from a nominated Australian Bank Account (Recommended)
If you set up a Direct Debit with us, the outstanding rent will be automatically deducted from your nominated account each rent-payment day. The direct debit form is available at reception and is our recommended option for paying rent.
2. Novatti Payment Link
The payment reminder email is sent on every payment day. You can simply click the payment link provided in the email to pay the rent. Both international and Australian bank-issued Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. (Surcharge may apply). Please do not forget to send a screenshot of the confirmation page to receipts.parkcentral@unilodge.com.au.
3. At Reception during Business Hours
If any of the above payment methods are not working, you can come to the reception for the payment.
Please note that our reception can be extremely busy on a payment day, we would suggest completing the payment in advance. There will be a surcharge on all Credit Card and International Debit Card payments.
